Since 2021, the Department of Applied Mathematics at Lviv Polytechnic National University has been recruiting applicants for a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics under the innovative educational program “Financial Engineering”. (The duration of study is 4 years.)

What is “Financial Engineering”?

The program aims to train specialists who have:

1. strong mathematical background
2. skills in programming
3. knowledge of finance

Courses

The program’s modern courses focus on developing and implementing innovative financial and insurance instruments, exploring new approaches to risk management, and developing computer literacy to compete in the contemporary financial industry.
