Lviv Polytechnic National University and the University of L'Aquila, Italy, have signed an agreement on a double master's degree program, according to which Lviv Polytechnic students majoring in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical and Computer Modeling have the opportunity to study in Italy for two semesters and simultaneously receive an Italian master's degree in Mathematical Engineering along with a Ukrainian master's degree.

Lviv Polytechnic has become a member of the international RealMaths Consortium, which unites 17 universities from Ukraine, Italy, Canada, Poland, Germany, Vietnam, and Ghana and aims to jointly train specialists in Mathematics for Real World Applications.
